Executive Director

Anushka Patil (she/her) is a senior majoring in Biology, Health, and Society and minoring in Philosophy. As Executive Director, she oversees and sustains the projects of the general Director Team, working in conjunction with WSN's Managing Director. Additionally, she serves as a liaison for WSN's institutional partnerships, both on and off campus.

Managing Director

Hadley Katzman (she/her) is a senior majoring in Public Health Sciences with a minor in Biology. As Managing Director, she works in conjunction with the Executive Director to sustain WSN's growth coordinates WSN's Organizing Team, handles internal tasks and room bookings, and oversees the daily functions of the organization.

Director of Facilitator Development

Lejla (she/her) is a senior majoring in Cognitive Science, Psychology, and Philosophy. As Director of Facilitator Development, she serves as the primary point of contact for all support group facilitators, oversees facilitator recruitment, and manages facilitator education.

Director of Business Development

Elie (she/her) is a senior majoring in International Studies, Political Science, and Spanish. As Director of Business Development, she maintains WSN’s budget, plans fundraising events, maintains a supporter database, and researches relevant grants and funding opportunities.

Director of Communications

Jack (he/him) is a senior majoring in Neuroscience and minoring in LGBTQ and Sexuality Studies. As Director of Communications, he works to outreach to organizations across campus, send out the newsletter, and promote WSN events to the larger campus community.

Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Saloni (she/her) is a junior majoring in Political Science and double minoring in Law, Justice & Social Change and Public Policy. As Director of DEI, she works to enhance the facilitator, Organizing Team, and member experiences, foster connections with campus organizations, and resolve community conflicts.

Director of Marketing and Design

Emma (she/her) is a junior majoring in Organizational Studies and Psychology. As WSN’s Director of Marketing and Design, she leads marketing strategy, designs merchandise, manages social media, and heads tabling initiatives while collaborating on outreach efforts. Emma also co-leads the Voices OT committee, supporting diverse student perspectives through media presence.

Director of Operations

Graciela (she/her) is a senior majoring in Psychology with a minor in Writing. As Director of Operations, she is responsible for the member placement process, ensuring that WSN's peer support groups run in a smooth and timely manner. She also collects data on the internal and external workings of WSN to account for historical patterns of organizational growth throughout the years.

Director of Program Development

Ananya (she/her) is a senior majoring in Public Health Sciences. As Director of Program Development, she attends and presents at mental health conferences on behalf of WSN, builds new programming initiatives, and supports relationships with organizations on and off campus.
